Welcome to the 2012 Conference Registration Page


Registration is required to attend the 2012 CSTE Annual Conference. Full conference registration includes admittance to one Sunday Session or Meeting; access to all sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; access to the Exhibit Hall; and for CSTE Members access to the CSTE Business Meeting on Thursday. One Day registration is for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. A continental breakfast, morning and afternoon break are included with your registration fee. Lunch is not included with registration. Conference registration also includes entry to receptions for meeting attendees and their paid guest(s); however confirmation of attendance is required at registration to receive an admission ticket. Additional fees apply for the CSTE President’s Banquet.

Advance registration is recommended for your convenience and to avoid possible delays registering onsite in Omaha. An early bird discount is offered for registrations received by 11:59 p.m. EST on April 20, 2012. Regular fees are in effect after April 20, 2012.

CSTE Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Confirmation of registration will be sent by E-mail.
  • Purchase orders and/or training authorization forms are not accepted.
  • Registrants are personally responsible for all money due.
  • Notice of cancellation prior to the conference must be received in writing to CSTE no later than April 20, 2012, and a cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from each conference registration. After April 20 until June 2, the cancellation fee increases to $200.  No refunds after June 2, 2012.
  • The CSTE President’s Banquet is a fee event. Entrees are limited to those selected by CSTE and NO substitutions will be available. Banquet Attendees must have a ticket to attend. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Admission to the Receptions are for conference attendees and their paid guests.
  • Guest Registration is for the spouse of an attendee registered for the full conference who are not involved in public health.
  • Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged for changes in payment.
  • Application will not be processed without payment.
  • Registration does not guarantee receipt of presentation copies as those are at the discretion of the speaker and/or their organization.
