The Applied Epidemiology Workforce Catalog is a comprehensive catalog of relevant epidemiology training opportunities for the existing applied epidemiology workforce at the state and local levels. The goal of this tool is to support and strengthen epidemiologic practice by increasing awareness of new and existing epidemiology training opportunities. How to search the catalog
Trainings are sorted by keyword, subject area, related applied epidemiology competency, geographic location, and format (in-person, web, etc.) of the training. To view a training’s full description, click on the "view” link to the left of each listing. If you have specific questions about a training, please contact the posting agent directly. Inquires sent to CSTE will not receive a response.

1. Click the "Add Training” button at the top left side of the catalog page.
2. Complete the form to enter all information required on the training post form and select "insert.”
3. Tips:
   • Enter all of the information available for the training; incomplete information may result in the posting being removed.
   • Training opportunities should only include applicable non-degree seeking courses offered at universities and other institutions.
   • Trainings must target at least one of the CDC/CSTE Applied Epidemiology Competencies.
   • Editing content to ensure accuracy is the sole responsibility of the contributor. To edit your posting, use the unique URL sent in your submission confirmation email.
   • Training programs will remain on the site until the end date listed. Ongoing trainings will remain on the site for one year from posting date. After one year, the training will be archived.

• Submissions will be considered that target specific CDC/CSTE Applied Epidemiology Competencies.
• Users are responsible for entering and updating their own information. Editing content to ensure accuracy is the sole responsibility of the user.
• All submissions require final CSTE approval. Submissions may be rejected if they do not meet site guidelines.
• This catalog is maintained as a clearinghouse of training opportunities. While CSTE makes every effort to determine the accuracy and credibility of all posted trainings, it is the user’s responsibility to review programs and resources carefully before registering or purchasing (if there is a cost).
