Hi all,

Author List

Lastly,  Here is the author list.

  • Please complete/ check all fields highlighted in blue. I will be using that information as the official list I email to MMWR.
  • Please pick one field highlighted in yellow and add a check.

Here are MMWR's author guidelines:

http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/author_guide_rrss.html as well as http://www.cdc.gov/maso/policy/authorship.pdf.

After reviewing the authorship guidelines, I think I qualify as an author rather than contributor since we are submitting data. If not, that is okay, because I've contributed very little to the manuscript narratives. However, when I open the Excel file, it is read-only and does not allow me to save my change in "X". I'm probably just doing something incorrectly in PHconnect.
Talk to you soon,

Thank you Carol for the edits.  I will change it on the spreadsheet. Please email me the rest of the information exactly like you would like it presented on the publication.

Thank you!
