<description><![CDATA[We're in the process of standardizing facility addresses in eHARS and are looking for suggestions.&nbsp; When facilities change addresses, are other jurisdictions creating new facility entries with the address and keeping the old facility entry separate, or changing the address?&nbsp; Some of our facilities have also changed names, how are these handled?]]></description>
