Chronic / Maternal & Child Health / Oral Health: Steering Committee
While chronic disease, maternal and child health, and oral health epidemiologists may work in different topic areas, many of their epidemiologic tools and methods are the same; and much can be learned from collaboration and discussion.

Cross Cutting Steering Committee
The Cross Cutting Steering Committee facilitates projects and initiatives that affect a broad scope of public health epidemiology topics. Each subcommittee provides a forum for collaboration.

Environmental Health / Occupational Health / Injury
The Environmental Health / Occupational Health / Injury Steering Committee addresses the epidemiologic landscape of three overarching topics, each with a broad scope of practice and application.

Infectious Disease: Steering Committee
The Infectious Disease Steering Committee includes several active subcommittees and workgroups specific to particular diseases categorizations. Subcommittee efforts facilitate the identification, investigation, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of infectious disease.

Surveillance/Informatics Steering Committee
CSTE’s surveillance and informatics work encompasses broad surveillance tools, such as electronic laboratory reporting and electronic disease surveillance. Subcommittees develop and refine technical requirements, standards, and overall public health architecture through collaborations and specialty workgroups.
