During 2020-2021, our organization and members’ focus remained on responding to the once-in-a-century COVID-19 crisis (pages 19-22), demonstrating determination and resilience. Despite immense challenges, CSTE launched a new 
    Strategic Impact Plan to guide the organization’s work with its four central pillars: Advance, Equip, Advocate, and Optimize, and grew to its largest size ever with over 2,200 members.
  
We expanded our development of the next generation of applied epidemiologists by adding new workforce opportunities (pages 17-18), while the Applied Epidemiology Fellowship (AEF)
    grew to its largest-ever class size, providing unparalleled benefit to both jurisdictions and fellows. The Data: Elemental to Health    campaign found both new urgency and expanded partnership and generated $1 billion in new federal appropriations. We are honored and humbled by what CSTE members and staff have accomplished during this historic time, as we steadfastly advocate for
    a modernized public health infrastructure and greater resources for the profession of applied public health epidemiology.    The accomplishments highlighted in this report would not have been possible without the continued commitment of
