CSTE is guided by a set of bylaws that are reviewed and approved, as needed, by the Council. The bylaws outline the organization’s purpose, Executive Board structure, and types of membership. The bylaws also govern the internal management and operations of the organization. Additional organizational information is available in the CSTE Policies and Procedures Manual.
