    About the AwardThe Hillary B. Foulkes Memorial Award honors the legacy of Hillary Foulkes, a Class V Applied Epidemiology fellow at the Texas Department of State Health Services, who passed away unexpectedly just six months into her fellowship. This award recognizes a graduating fellow who reflects Hillary's excellence, passion for public health, outstanding teamwork, motivation, and interpersonal strength.
