The Hillary B. Foulkes Memorial Award honors the legacy of Hillary Foulkes, a Class V Applied Epidemiology fellow at the Texas Department of State Health Services, who passed away unexpectedly just six months into her fellowship.

This award recognizes a graduating fellow who reflects Hillary's excellence, passion for public health, outstanding teamwork, motivation, and interpersonal strength. Through this recognition, CSTE encourages fellows to strive for the same impactful and collaborative approach Hillary embodied.
